1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions govern the terms of use for the photography, videography, drone, post-production, event, product photography, real estate marketing, social media content creation, and related services provided by the Service Provider.

By placing an order, the Client declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the contents of these General Terms and Conditions.


2. Scope of Services

The Service Provider offers, in particular, the following services:

  • real estate photography 
  • real estate videography 
  • aerial footage 
  • event photography and videography 
  • product photography 
  • commercial and promotional videos 
  • social media content creation 
  • post-production, video editing, and color grading 
  • custom creative production projects 

The exact scope of the services shall always be defined by the individual quotation or order.


3. Order Placement and Formation of the Contract

The contract shall be deemed concluded:

  • upon placing a written order 
  • upon confirmation by e-mail 
  • upon acceptance of the quotation 
  • upon placing a clear order by message 

The Service Provider shall be entitled to refuse any order without providing a reason.


4. Fees and Payment Conditions

4.1 Deposit

To finalize the booking, payment of a deposit equal to 40% of the total fee is required.

The date shall only be deemed reserved after the deposit has been received.

4.2 Remaining Balance

The remaining 60% shall be payable by bank transfer within 8 days based on the issued invoice.

4.3 Late Payment

In the event of late payment, the Service Provider shall be entitled to charge default interest in accordance with the applicable Hungarian legislation.

4.4 Conditions of Delivery

Delivery of the final materials may be made conditional upon payment of the final invoice.


5. Cancellation, Changes, and Rescheduling

5.1 Cancellation

The order may be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled service date.

5.2 Cancellation Within 72 Hours

In the event of cancellation within 72 hours, the deposit shall be non-refundable; however, the booking may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

5.3 Rescheduling

The new date shall be agreed upon by the parties.


6. Travel and On-site Fees

  • Within Budapest: 5,000 Ft / location
  • Outside Budapest: 180 Ft / km

The mileage fee shall be calculated based on the round-trip distance between the starting point and the service location.


7. Fulfilment and Deadlines

The fulfilment deadline shall always be specified in the quotation or individual agreement.

The deadline may be subject to change if:

  • the Client submits the required materials late 
  • the Client fails to provide feedback on time 
  • the Client requests modifications 
  • a force majeure event occurs 
  • a technical issue arises 

8. Revisions

The order fee includes one free round of revisions.

Any additional revisions shall be subject to a separate fee.

A full re-edit, a change of concept, or a new creative direction shall not qualify as a revision round and may require a new quotation.


9. Delivery of Raw Footage and Source Materials

Raw, uncut, and unedited photo and video files shall not form part of the basic service.

Delivery of raw footage and source materials shall only take place based on a separate agreement and subject to a separate fee.


10. Archiving

The Service Provider shall retain the final delivered materials for a period of 30 days.

After the 30-day retention period has expired, the files may be deleted, and the Client shall be responsible for creating their own backup.


11. Copyright and Usage Rights

The copyright in the created visual and video materials shall remain with the Service Provider, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

The Client shall be entitled to use the paid final materials for their intended purpose.

Commercial use, resale, or transfer to any third party may require a separate agreement.


12. Portfolio and Reference Use

The Service Provider is entitled to use the completed works as references on its website, social media platforms, portfolio and in its offers.

If the Client wishes to exclude this, they must notify the Service Provider in writing before placing the order.


13. Creative Decisions

The Service Provider reserves the right to make creative decisions, particularly in the following areas:

  • visual style 
  • composition 
  • color palette 
  • editing rhythm 
  • musical mood 
  • technical solutions 
  • final editing format 

14. Drone Footage

In the case of drone work, completion may depend on:

  • weather conditions 
  • airspace use permits 
  • legal restrictions 
  • on-site safety conditions 

If the flight cannot be carried out, the parties shall agree on a new date or make a separate arrangement.


15. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider shall not be liable for:

  • incorrect information provided by the Client 
  • on-site obstacles 
  • the conduct of third parties 
  • weather-related events 
  • force majeure situations 
  • platform failures 
  • delays in internet uploads 

The Service Provider’s liability shall be limited to the net value of the order.


16. Data Processing

The Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws in force at the time.

The detailed data processing rules are set out in a separate Privacy Policy.


17. Complaint Handling

Complaints may be submitted via the following contact details:

The Service Provider shall endeavour to resolve the complaint within 30 days.


18. Governing Law

The provisions of Hungarian law shall govern these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a legal dispute, the parties shall primarily seek to resolve the matter amicably.


19. Final Provisions

The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions. The amended version shall enter into force upon publication on the website.
