Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These General Terms and Conditions govern the terms of use for the photography, videography, drone, post-production, event, product photography, real estate marketing, social media content creation, and related services provided by the Service Provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By placing an order, the Client declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the contents of these General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Scope of Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider offers, in particular, the following services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>real estate photography\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>real estate videography\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aerial footage\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>event photography and videography\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>product photography\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>commercial and promotional videos\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>social media content creation\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>post-production, video editing, and color grading\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>custom creative production projects\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The exact scope of the services shall always be defined by the individual quotation or order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Order Placement and Formation of the Contract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contract shall be deemed concluded:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>upon placing a written order\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>upon confirmation by e-mail\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>upon acceptance of the quotation\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>upon placing a clear order by message\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider shall be entitled to refuse any order without providing a reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Fees and Payment Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.1 Deposit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">To finalize the booking, payment of a <strong>deposit equal to 40% of the total fee<\/strong> is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The date shall only be deemed reserved after the deposit has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.2 Remaining Balance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">The remaining <strong>60%<\/strong> shall be payable by <strong>bank transfer within 8 days<\/strong> based on the issued invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.3 Late Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of late payment, the Service Provider shall be entitled to charge default interest in accordance with the applicable Hungarian legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.4 Conditions of Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery of the final materials may be made conditional upon payment of the final invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Cancellation, Changes, and Rescheduling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.1 Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The order may be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled service date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.2 Cancellation Within 72 Hours<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">In the event of cancellation within 72 hours, the deposit shall be non-refundable; however, the booking may be rescheduled <strong>once<\/strong>, subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.3 Rescheduling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new date shall be agreed upon by the parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Travel and On-site Fees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Within Budapest: <strong>5,000 Ft \/ location<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Outside Budapest: <strong>180 Ft \/ km<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The mileage fee shall be calculated based on the round-trip distance between the starting point and the service location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Fulfilment and Deadlines<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fulfilment deadline shall always be specified in the quotation or individual agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The deadline may be subject to change if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the Client submits the required materials late\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the Client fails to provide feedback on time\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the Client requests modifications\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a force majeure event occurs\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a technical issue arises\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Revisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">The order fee includes <strong>one free round of revisions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any additional revisions shall be subject to a separate fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A full re-edit, a change of concept, or a new creative direction shall not qualify as a revision round and may require a new quotation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9. Delivery of Raw Footage and Source Materials<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Raw, uncut, and unedited photo and video files shall not form part of the basic service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery of raw footage and source materials shall only take place based on a separate agreement and subject to a separate fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10. Archiving<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">The Service Provider shall retain the final delivered materials for a period of <strong>30 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the 30-day retention period has expired, the files may be deleted, and the Client shall be responsible for creating their own backup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>11. Copyright and Usage Rights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The copyright in the created visual and video materials shall remain with the Service Provider, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Client shall be entitled to use the paid final materials for their intended purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commercial use, resale, or transfer to any third party may require a separate agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>12. Portfolio and Reference Use<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider is entitled to use the completed works as references on its website, social media platforms, portfolio and in its offers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the Client wishes to exclude this, they must notify the Service Provider in writing before placing the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>13. Creative Decisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider reserves the right to make creative decisions, particularly in the following areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>visual style\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>composition\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>color palette\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>editing rhythm\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>musical mood\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>technical solutions\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>final editing format\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>14. Drone Footage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the case of drone work, completion may depend on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>weather conditions\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>airspace use permits\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>legal restrictions\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>on-site safety conditions\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the flight cannot be carried out, the parties shall agree on a new date or make a separate arrangement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>15. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>incorrect information provided by the Client\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>on-site obstacles\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the conduct of third parties\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>weather-related events\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>force majeure situations\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>platform failures\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>delays in internet uploads\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider\u2019s liability shall be limited to the net value of the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>16. Data Processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws in force at the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The detailed data processing rules are set out in a separate Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>17. Complaint Handling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Complaints may be submitted via the following contact details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">info@dreamlight.hu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider shall endeavour to resolve the complaint within 30 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>18. Governing Law<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The provisions of Hungarian law shall govern these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a legal dispute, the parties shall primarily seek to resolve the matter amicably.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>19. Final Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions. Teljes \u00fajrav\u00e1g\u00e1s, koncepci\u00f3v\u00e1lt\u00e1s vagy \u00faj kreat\u00edv ir\u00e1ny nem min\u0151s\u00fcl m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1si k\u00f6rnek, arra \u00faj aj\u00e1nlat adhat\u00f3. 9. Nyersanyagok \u00e1tad\u00e1sa A nyers, v\u00e1gatlan, szerkesztetlen fot\u00f3k \u00e9s vide\u00f3f\u00e1jlok nem r\u00e9szei az alapszolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1snak. Nyersanyag \u00e1tad\u00e1sa kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag k\u00fcl\u00f6n meg\u00e1llapod\u00e1s \u00e9s k\u00fcl\u00f6n d\u00edjaz\u00e1s ellen\u00e9ben t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik. 10. Archiv\u00e1l\u00e1s A v\u00e9gleges \u00e1tadott anyagokat a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 30 napig \u0151rzi meg. A 30 nap letelte ut\u00e1n az \u00e1llom\u00e1nyok t\u00f6rl\u00e9sre ker\u00fclhetnek, ez\u00e9rt a Megrendel\u0151 k\u00f6teles saj\u00e1t ment\u00e9st k\u00e9sz\u00edteni. 11. Szerz\u0151i jog \u00e9s felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1s A l\u00e9trehozott k\u00e9pi \u00e9s vide\u00f3s anyagok szerz\u0151i joga a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3t illeti meg, kiv\u00e9ve, ha a felek ett\u0151l elt\u00e9r\u0151en \u00edr\u00e1sban meg\u00e1llapodnak. A Megrendel\u0151 a kifizetett v\u00e9gleges anyagokat rendeltet\u00e9sszer\u0171en haszn\u00e1lhatja. Kereskedelmi, tov\u00e1bb\u00e9rt\u00e9kes\u00edt\u00e9si vagy harmadik f\u00e9l r\u00e9sz\u00e9re t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 \u00e1tad\u00e1s k\u00fcl\u00f6n meg\u00e1llapod\u00e1shoz k\u00f6t\u00f6tt lehet. 12. Referencia felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1s A Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 jogosult az elk\u00e9sz\u00fclt munk\u00e1kat referenciak\u00e9nt felhaszn\u00e1lni weboldal\u00e1n, k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gi m\u00e9dia fel\u00fcletein, portf\u00f3li\u00f3j\u00e1ban \u00e9s aj\u00e1nlataiban. Amennyiben a Megrendel\u0151 ezt kiz\u00e1rni k\u00edv\u00e1nja, azt a megrendel\u00e9s el\u0151tt \u00edr\u00e1sban k\u00f6teles jelezni. 13.
